return & refund policy

Returns are allowed at HOL but we do not process cash refunds.  We offer product replacement or gift cards.

Return Rules:

• Returns are allowed only on damaged product/items due to shipping, spoilage, or inperfections.
• No returns on used personal care items nor clothing due to the nature of the product/item.
• Do not discard the original shipment box or its packaging. Returns must be received in their original packaging. 
• Returns must be received within 30 days of original purchase date given on the invoice enclosed with your order. 

*FAILURE TO FOLLOW  RULES WILL VOID YOUR RETURN*

Please include following info on packaging slip:

• All and any damages.  Please highlight each item that you are requesting a return for.
• This slip should be included in packaging when it is returned.  Failure to do so, will delay your refund.

Return/Refund Process:

• Please send return request in an email with photos to: contacthouseofladybug@gmail.com.
• Please allow 24 hours for us to review your request.
• Once our review is concluded, we will contact you with our decision and the next steps to return product/item(s) and process your refund.
